O.L. Fikes Chiropractic Center is conveniently located at Wurzbach and Exchange Parkway just west of the intersection of Bandera Road and Wurzbach.  Our address is 5309 Wurzbach, Suite, 114, San Antonio, TX 78238 at Exchange Parkway Plaza.

If you are headed east on Loop 410:

Exit Bandera Road, turn left and go north on Bandera. Turn left at first signal light (Wurzbach) and travel one block to intersection of Wurzbach and Exchange Parkway.   The Chiropractic Center is located on the right.

If you are traveling west on Loop 410:

Take Exit 13A Leon Valley/Highway 16 and turn right on Bandera.  Turn left at first signal light (Wurzbach).  Go one block to intersection of Wurzbach and Exchange Parkway.  We are on the right.

We have plenty of free parking as well as being conveniently located on bus route 534, bus stop 54667.
